Payments
A: When you click on the BUY button and submit the transaction form, you are committing to buy the deal.
A: We accept credit card and PayPal payments. If the deal you have bought is a high-value deal that exceeds your credit card limit, we will issue a Tax Invoice that will enable you to pay via EFT. By completing the transaction form and receiving a tax invoice, you are committing to pay for the deal.
A: Unfortunately, no. For popular deals or requests, we may offer a repeat on a deal occasionally, but don’t count on it.
A: LilBirdie does not offer refunds if you change your mind. Unless we are obligated by law, you will not be able to claim a refund.
Redeeming my purchase
A: When you purchase a deal you will be issued with a voucher bearing a unique code. Contact the supplier and quote the code to redeem your deal.
A: Your voucher will contain the contact details of the supplier who offered the deal, so you can get in touch with them directly to make arrangements to redeem your deal.
A: Yes, there is an expiry date on every voucher, along with specific terms and conditions that will explain how and when you can redeem your deal.

A: There are many reasons for offering a deal on LilBirdie. Firstly, we have a valuable and powerful membership who all have marketing budgets to spend. A deal on LilBirdie is like advertising your media or marketing product, you can reach our entire database via our regular email communications. Our members want to trial new media with a lower risk, discover media they may not have heard of before, and take their business message to new audiences.
A: Not at all. The deals on LilBirdie are exclusive to the site – a single business approaching your media company doesn’t have the buying power of our membership behind them to negotiate such an irresistible deal.
